At Imperial Event Rental, our dance floor rental prices range from the simple $288 Snap Lock Black Dance Floor (12' x 12') to the stylish $10800 Glass Mirror LED Dance Floor (30' x 30'). The dance floor rental cost depends on the type of dance floor, its materials, size and other factors. We also offer subfloors, with a price of around $2 per sq. ft.

Why are dance floor rentals so expensive?

The high cost of renting dance floor is due to a number of factors like size and material, as well as the delivery and setup of the product. It is also important to take into account the potential damage the dance floor might suffer from its use, given its exposure to a large number of people and weather conditions. LED dance floors are usually amongst the most expensive ones because of their quality and specialized installation.
